ABOUT ABOUT

Dining on the Prairie is the evolution of our popular fall dinner, Songbird Supper.  Partnering with our friends at Bolsa we are thrilled to bring Dallas's world class chef community to our native prairie habitat at Trinity River Audubon Center, using the seasons and our surroundings to inspire unique menus.
