ABOUT ABOUT

Have your young ones join us for hands-on, fun-filled, outdoor adventure as we explore the wild side of Dallas and the life that calls it home!

Camps are nestled in the wild and beautiful Great Trinity Forest at Trinity River Audubon Center, located just minutes from downtown Dallas.  Fall Break Audubon Adventure Camps will run the three days leading up to the Thanksgiving Holiday on November 20th, 21st and 22nd.  Camps are for kids currently enrolled, or eligible to be enrolled, in grades 2nd-4th.  Register for one day or all three!

Costs and Topics:

Monday, Nov 20 - Everybody Move It! - $85

From the smallest insect to the largest animal, we’ll explore the how, when, where and why of animal movement.

Tuesday, Nov 21 - Friend, Foe, or Food? - $85

Put yourself in the “shoes” of an animal to experience the predator/prey, competitive, and cooperative relationships that keep nature balanced.

Wednesday, Nov 22 - Winter is Coming - $85

See how different organisms prepare for the winter.  Explore migration, staying active, storing food, hibernation and how plants and animals survive the cold, harsh season.
